Biddy Sefton is a local Dunedin girl having graduated from the University of Otago in 2015. She has returned from almost two years working as a physio and playing rugby in Hong Kong. Working in both NZ and overseas has really helped Biddy to enhance and develop her clinical skills. Biddy has a sound experience with a wide range of clientele including working with high-level athletes to the weekend warriors. She also has worked with active post-natal Mother's getting them back to what they love doing; whether it be playing sport, running marathons or just back to exercising in the gym safely. One of Biddy’s biggest interests is working with sportspeople and she has a particular passion for working with young athletes to help them reach their full potential.
Biddy is a keen sportswoman and takes a lot of pride in staying fit and healthy. She has amateur boxed both nationally and internationally with great success as well having played provincial 15s and 7s rugby for a number of years. Biddy believes this relatability translates nicely to the way she interacts and treats patients in the clinic setting.
Biddy comes from a big, tight-knit family and is certainly excited to be back in Dunedin with the family and very importantly with her dog Mowgli.
