Jess graduated from the University of Otago in 2014 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. Her involvement in sports through high school exposed her to Physiotherapy and sparked her interest in injury assessment and rehabilitation. Jess enjoys meeting all sorts of different people, from sportspeople to retirees and children, through working in private practice. She uses the skills of Dry Needling and manual therapy, along with exercise prescription, to help her patients reach their goals, whatever they may be.
She is currently working with the Dunedin Rugby Club and enjoying the team/club environment and the challenge this brings. In her spare time, Jess is involved in women’s club netball and basketball.
